These terms describe use of the FileLivo web tools.

Using the service

You must process only files that comply with applicable law and third-party rights. The service is free and does not require an account; features and availability may change as quality improves.

Check results and keep backups

Keep your original files and review every downloaded result before relying on it. Work can fail because of browser memory limits, damaged or encrypted PDFs, or unsupported document structures.

Advanced PDF limitations

Ordinary visible page content is generally retained, but digital signatures, bookmarks, AcroForms, attachments, layers, some annotations, and special metadata may not be preserved completely. Editing a signed PDF can invalidate its existing digital signature.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is. For important documents, independently verify the original and result and use suitable professional tools and backups.
